How to split it: you both own the clinical core together. Then one of you leans toward being the face and brand; the other leans toward the network and partnerships. Everything else — research, supply chain, content, finance — is covered by the operating team below, so you never have to hire a department to get started. Add fractional specialists later: a growth/UGC marketer, a fulfillment partner, and a patent attorney when it's time.
